How do I get my party after I buy?
Straight after you pay, you’re taken to your private link. Tap it and your party opens. There’s nothing to download and no account to make. We email it to you as well, so it’s safe even if you close the page.
How do we get it on the TV?
Three easy ways: open it in your smart TV’s web browser, plug a laptop into the TV with an HDMI cable, or mirror your phone or laptop with AirPlay or Chromecast.
Can more than one person help set it up?
Yes. Share your private link with your co-organisers and you can all add to the same party from your own phones. Guests get a separate link that only lets them leave messages and add photos.
How long do we have access?
Your HQ is open for 30 days from the first time you open your link, which is plenty of time to set up, party and send the bride her keepsake. After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted for privacy, so save the keepsake PDF and any photos first.
What if her partner can’t be at the party?
That’s fine. The Partner Quiz and the Shoe Game use answers they give before the hens, written or as short videos.
Does it work for a bachelorette or bridal shower?
Absolutely. It works for any pre-wedding celebration: hens, hen do, bachelorette, bridal shower or a girls’ weekend away.
Do we have to drink?
Not at all. Any drink counts, and every prompt works with mocktails or water.
What’s your refund policy?
Because you get instant access to a digital product, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once your link has been opened. If something isn’t working as described, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
