What you’re buying

Hens Party HQ is a digital product: a private, personalised party website for one hens party, bachelorette or bridal shower. Your purchase gives your organising group access for 30 days from the first time your private link or code is opened. Nothing physical is posted, and party supplies (undies, paints, flowers, ingredients) aren’t included.

Payment and delivery

Payments on this website are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your private link appears as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email it to you as well. If you bought through Etsy, your link is sent through Etsy messages.

Your private link

Your link or code is the key to edit your party. Share it only with your co-organisers. Guests use the separate guest link from inside your HQ, which only lets them leave messages and add photos. One purchase covers one party; please don’t resell or share access outside your group.

After 30 days

When your 30 days end, your party and everything in it (names, answers, messages, photos and videos) is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered. Download the keepsake PDF and any photos you want to keep before then.

Refunds

Because you get instant access to a digital product, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once your link has been opened. If something isn’t working as described, contact us and we’ll fix it, or refund you if we can’t. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds or remedies for a major failure.

What you add

You’re responsible for what your group uploads. Only add photos, videos and words you have permission to share, and make sure everyone pictured (including in AI-generated “male me” photos) is happy to be included. Please keep it kind: no content that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. We may remove content or close access that breaks these rules.

Availability

We work hard to keep Hens Party HQ running smoothly, but it relies on internet access and third-party services, so we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted. Test everything on your TV before the party. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to providing the service again or refunding what you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one shown here when you bought.
