We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as your party is open, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Your order: when you buy on this website, Stripe shares your email address with us so we can email you your private link and help if you lose it. That email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Etsy orders are handled by Etsy.
- Your party: everything your group adds, such as the bride’s name, game answers, photos, videos and the itinerary.
- Guests’ additions: the names, messages and photos guests add through the guest link.
- Sign-in cookies: a small cookie keeps you signed in to your party. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
Where it’s stored
Your party is stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Your private code is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form, so even we can’t read it.
How long we keep it
Your HQ is open for 30 days from the first time it’s opened. After that, the party, guests’ messages, photos and videos, and your order email are permanently deleted. Basic order records (an order reference and dates) are kept so we can answer questions about your purchase.
Who sees it
Only people with your private link can see or edit your party, and the keepsake can only be opened with its own private link. Guests can add things but can’t see your answers. We only look at a party if you ask us for help.
Your choices
You can delete content from your party at any time. Contact us if you’d like a copy of your data, a correction, or your party deleted early.
